Huge announcement everyone!! Ready for it? Here it comes…I just figured out that I had the “you must be logged in to leave a comment” thingy on. <doh> Yep, I just now turned it off, and WHAM! I got my first comment. Woohoo! (Thanks Vicky) I seriously thought that no one liked me. Not even my sisters. <snif> Apparently, I am just not that good with the technology. Or more specifically, I am great with technology when I bother to read the directions. WordPress has wonderful documentation, and every time I have done something stupid and had to look it up, there it was in the directions and how-tos. Thank you Wordpress!

Anyhoo, you are now welcome to leave comments without having to login. Do I even have a way for people to register so that they can log in? Humm… going to have to google that as well.

Okay, onto something half-way interesting to read about. Audrey at MomGenerations got interviewed by MomDot which means that since I read Audrey’s blog, I logically clicked over to MomDot to read all about it. Turns out they are a great site featuring mom bloggers and mom boutiques. Very cool! I just registered peckedbyducks with them as well as Karen’s Kitsch and have added them to my “They Like Us” honor roll (see top right). Moms helping moms is always a good idea. Thanks Tricia, Toni and Alicia! I hope to see much more of you guys.

Also my sister Maria, just got back from Peru. She is my social media, fix all my blog stuff guru. I made the mistake of joining twitter and starting a blog the day before she left. So hopefully in the days to come, you will start seeing some more personality and functionality added to my blog. Thanks Re!
